Return Policy

Non-returnable Items

  • Prescription drugs (unless expired/damaged/mis-shipped).
  • Opened/tampered hygiene products (syringes, diapers, thermometers).
  • Special clearance/non-returnable items marked at sale.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or defective products (report within 48 hours).
  • Expired or short-dated goods (report within 7 days).
  • Wrong product or wrong quantity supplied (report within 48 hours).
  • Manufacturer recall (as per notification).

Return Process

  1. Retailer raises return request in RxCure app.
  2. Upload invoice details & photos.
  3. RxCure verifies claim.
  4. Pickup scheduled for eligible items.
  5. Quality check at RxCure warehouse.
  6. Credit Note, Replacement, or Refund issued.

Refunds & Credits

  • Prepaid orders refunded within 7–10 business days.
  • Credit accounts adjusted through Credit Note.
  • COD orders refunded via NEFT/UPI transfer.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, within 3 hours of placing the orders.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations allowed only under Return Policy.

Audit & Fraud

  • RxCure reserves the right to audit returns.
  • Fraudulent returns may result in suspension/termination and legal action.
