COMPOSITION - Pregabalin 75 mg + Methylcobalamin 750 mcg Capsules

DESCRIPTION - COBLIN-M is a neuropathic pain management combination. Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters involved in pain transmission. Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) supports nerve regeneration and repair by enhancing myelin sheath formation. Together, they help relieve neuropathic pain and improve nerve function
