Bilastine + Montelukast Suspension

Description:
KEPBLAST-M Suspension is an anti-allergic pediatric formulation used to relieve allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and allergic cough in children.

Uses:
• Allergic rhinitis
• Seasonal allergies
• Sneezing and runny nose
• Allergic cough
• Dust and pollen allergy

Mechanism of Action (MOA):
• Bilastine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms
• Montelukast blocks leukotrienes that cause airway inflammation

Side Effects:
• Drowsiness
• Headache
• Stomach discomfort
• Dry mouth
• Mild irritability

Precautions:
• Use pediatric dosage only
• Shake well before use
• Avoid overdose
• Use under doctor supervision
