Product Description
KETOYES-30 contains Ketorolac Tromethamine, a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain. It provides analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects and is commonly used when oral administration is not feasible.
Mechanism of Action (MOA)
Ketorolac works by:
- Inhibiting Cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes
- Reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins
- Decreasing pain, inflammation, and fever
This results in rapid pain relief without the use of opioid medications.

Dosage & Administration
Route:
- Intramuscular (IM)

Contraindications
Do not use in patients with:
- Hypersensitivity to Ketorolac or NSAIDs
- Active peptic ulcer disease
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Severe renal impairment
- History of aspirin-induced asthma
- Bleeding disorders
- During labor and delivery
- Concomitant use with other NSAIDs
Precautions
- Use cautiously in elderly patients
- Monitor renal function during therapy
- Avoid prolonged use
- Maintain adequate hydration
- Use with caution in cardiovascular disease
- Monitor for signs of GI bleeding
