Composition: Losartan Potassium 50 mg + Amlodipine 5 mg

Lotpol-AM combines Losartan 50 mg (an ARB) and Amlodipine 5 mg (a calcium channel blocker) for dual-action blood pressure control. This combination offers effective lowering of both systolic and diastolic BP by reducing blood vessel stiffness and relaxing arterial muscles. Lotpol-AM is ideal for patients who do not achieve adequate BP control with a single medicine. It also helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.
