Composition: Glimepiride 2 mg + Metformin 500 mg + Pioglitazone 15 mg (Sustained Release)

Metagil GP-2 is a triple-combination anti-diabetic medication designed for patients requiring stronger and well-rounded blood sugar control. It contains Glimepiride (which boosts insulin secretion), Metformin (which reduces liver glucose output and improves insulin sensitivity), and Pioglitazone SR (which enhances the body’s response to insulin throughout the day). This powerful combination helps control fasting sugar, post-meal sugar, and HbA1c more effectively than dual therapy.
