Tynox-25

Composition: Thyroxine Sodium 25 mcg

Tynox 25 is used for the management of hypothyroidism by replacing the deficient thyroid hormone in the body. It helps regulate metabolism, body temperature, heart rate, and mental alertness. This dose is commonly prescribed as a starting dose or as part of gradual upward dose titration.

Uses:

• Hypothyroidism

• Thyroid hormone replacement

• Goiter management (as advised)

Side Effects:

• Headache

• Restlessness

• Rapid heartbeat (if overdosed)

Other Details:

• Take daily at the same time on an empty stomach

• Do not stop suddenly without doctor’s advice

• Periodic thyroid profile testing required
