Composition: Telmisartan 40 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Telpha-H is a combination of Telmisartan with a mild diuretic Hydrochlorothiazide for enhanced blood pressure reduction. It works by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid from the body, making it highly effective for patients with fluid retention and uncontrolled hypertension.

Uses:

• Stage 2 hypertension

• BP not controlled with single drug

• Reduces fluid retention

• Prevention of stroke and heart failure

Side Effects:

• Frequent urination

• Low potassium

• Dizziness

• Dry mouth

• Muscle cramps

Other Details:

• Preferably taken in the morning

• Regular electrolyte monitoring required

• Maintain proper hydration

• Avoid excess salt
