Description:
Diclohelp Injection contains Diclofenac Sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for rapid relief of pain and inflammation. It is administered via intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV) route and is commonly used in acute pain conditions where oral administration is not suitable.
Mechanism of Action:
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
