COMPOSITION - Pregabalin 75 mg + Nortriptyline 10 mg Tablets

DESCRIPTION - COBLIN-N is a neuropathic pain management combination. Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, reducing excitatory neurotransmitter release and nerve pain transmission. Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, enhances serotonin and norepinephrine activity in the central nervous system, modulating pain perception. Together, they provide effective relief in neuropathic pain conditions.

• Chronic neuropathic pain

• Post-herpetic neuralgia (pain after shingles)

• Spinal cord injury-related pain

• Diabetic neuropathy

• Peripheral neuropathy
