Description

Fixalp-50 Dry Syrup combines Cefixime (a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic) with Lactic Acid Bacillus (probiotic). It is widely used in pediatric patients to treat bacterial infections while maintaining gut flora and reducing antibiotic-associated diarrhea.

Dosage (General)
