Fixalp-OF Dry Syrup is a combination of Cefixime and Ofloxacin, providing broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage. It is used in pediatric patients for moderate to severe infections where dual antibiotic therapy is required.

- Respiratory tract infections
- Gastrointestinal infections (including diarrhea)

Dosage (General)

- Reconstitute with water before use
