COMPOSITION - Nimesulide 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg Tablets

DESCRIPTION - NIMESET-P is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory formulation. Nimesulide is a selective COX-2 inhibitor that reduces inflammation, pain, and swelling by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic effects by acting centrally to reduce pain perception. Together, they effectively relieve inflammatory and musculoskeletal pain conditions.

• Osteoarthritis

• Rheumatoid arthritis

• Low back pain

• Acute musculoskeletal pain

• Inflammatory joint disorders

Side Effects 

• Gastric irritation

• Nausea

• Dizziness

• Liver enzyme elevation (rare)

• Skin rash

Precautions / Other Important Details 

• Use cautiously in patients with liver impairment

• Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision

• Take after meals to reduce gastric discomfort

• Avoid alcohol during therapy

• Not recommended in severe hepatic disease
