Usage (How to Apply)

1. Prepare required length of POP bandage.

2. Dip the roll in clean room-temperature water for 5–10 seconds.

3. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not twist).

4. Wrap smoothly around the affected area.

5. Mold and shape as required before setting.

6. Allow 5–10 minutes for initial setting (full strength develops later).

Application should be done by trained medical personnel.

• Must be disposed after removal

⚠️ Possible Side Effects

• Skin irritation

• Excess heat sensation during setting

• Skin maceration (if wet inside)

• Circulation restriction if applied too tightly

If numbness, severe pain, swelling, or discoloration occurs — seek medical help immediately.

⚠️ Precautions

• Apply padding before casting

• Do not wrap too tightly

• Avoid contact with eyes and inhalation of plaster dust

• Keep cast dry after application

• Monitor circulation (check fingers/toes regularly)

• Removal should be done using a cast cutter by professionals
