✅ Usage (How to Use)

1. Clean the wound with sterile saline or as advised.

2. Open the sterile pouch carefully.

3. Place the gauze directly over the wound surface.

4. Cover with secondary absorbent dressing.

5. Secure with bandage or adhesive tape.

6. Change dressing as per medical advice.

• Minor burns

• Cuts and lacerations

• Surgical wounds

• Skin graft sites

• Infected or contaminated wounds

• Abrasions and ulcers

Chlorhexidine helps reduce bacterial growth and prevents infection.

• ❌ Not washable

• ❌ Single-use only

• Dispose after one application

• Do not re-sterilize

• Mild skin irritation

• Redness or itching

• Rare allergic reaction

• Contact dermatitis (very rare)
