Description:

Iprakel-LS is a combination bronchodilator solution used for inhalation therapy. It is primarily indicated in respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The dual-action formula helps in relaxing airway muscles and improving airflow, providing quick and effective relief from bronchospasm.

Mechanism of Action:

• Levosalbutamol is a selective β2-adrenergic agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles by increasing cyclic AMP levels, leading to bronchodilation.
• Ipratropium Bromide is an anticholinergic agent that blocks muscarinic receptors in the airways, preventing bronchoconstriction and reducing mucus secretion.
• Together, they provide a synergistic bronchodilator effect, improving breathing and reducing airway resistance.
