Description:

Kelclin N Gel is a topical anti-acne formulation combining an antibiotic with an anti-inflammatory agent. It is used to treat acne vulgaris by reducing bacterial growth, inflammation, and excess oil production, helping to clear pimples and prevent new breakouts.

Mechanism of Action:

• Clindamycin Phosphate inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, thereby reducing the growth of acne-causing bacteria (Propionibacterium acnes).
• Nicotinamide has anti-inflammatory properties and helps regulate sebum production, reducing redness and swelling.
• Together, they provide antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and oil-regulating effects for effective acne control.
