Description:
Kelnamic-P Tablets combine Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. This combination provides effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever. It is commonly used in conditions requiring rapid and sustained pain control.
Mechanism of Action:
- Mefenamic Acid: Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and thereby decreasing inflammation and pain.
