Mechanism of Action:
- Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.
- Dicyclomine Hydrochloride is an anticholinergic agent that relaxes smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract by blocking muscarinic receptors, thereby reducing spasms.
- Together, they provide dual action relief by reducing pain and controlling muscle spasms.
