Description:
Kelnexa 500 Tablets contain Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic agent used to control excessive bleeding. It is commonly prescribed in conditions like heavy menstrual bleeding, post-surgical bleeding, and other bleeding disorders. It helps stabilize blood clots and prevent excessive blood loss.
Mechanism of Action:
Tranexamic Acid works by inhibiting the activation of plasminogen to plasmin, thereby preventing fibrin degradation. This stabilizes blood clots and reduces bleeding.
