Calamine Lotion I.P. is a topical dermatological preparation containing Calamine and Zinc Oxide. It acts as a mild astringent, soothing agent, and skin protectant. The lotion provides a cooling effect and forms a protective layer over irritated skin to relieve discomfort.

It is widely used as an OTC skin care and anti-itch preparation.
