• Nimesulide 100 mg
• Paracetamol 325 mg

2. Description

NIMOYES-P is a combination analgesic and antipyretic medication.

• Nimesulide: NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandins
• Paracetamol: Enhances pain relief and reduces fever

This combination provides fast and effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever.

3. Uses

Commonly used for:

• Acute pain conditions
• Fever with body pain
• Headache
• Dental pain
• Musculoskeletal pain
• Joint pain
• Post-operative pain
• Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)

4. Side Effects

Common:

• Nausea, vomiting
• Stomach pain
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness

Less common:

• Heartburn
• Skin rash

Serious (important):

• Liver toxicity (due to Nimesulide)
• Gastric ulcer or bleeding
• Allergic reactions

5. Precautions
