Mechanism of Action (MOA)

Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase.
Stops bacterial DNA replication.
Metronidazole disrupts DNA of anaerobic organisms.
Leads to cell death of protozoa and anaerobes.
Simethicone reduces gas bubbles in GI tract.
Relieves bloating and discomfort.
Combined action ensures faster recovery.

Acute diarrhea in children and adults.
Amoebiasis and protozoal infections.
Bacterial gastroenteritis.
Traveler’s diarrhea.
Gas and bloating associated with infections.
