PANTOPLUS - 40MG

COMPOSITION - Pantoprazole 40 mg Tablets

DESCRIPTION - PANTO PLUS-40 contains Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme system in the stomach’s parietal cells. This reduces acid production, promotes healing of the esophageal lining, and relieves symptoms of acid-related disorders. It provides effective and sustained acid suppression in GERD and reflux condition

• Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Acid reflux

• Heartburn

• Erosive esophagitis

• Gastric and duodenal ulcers

Side Effects 

• Headache

• Diarrhea

• Nausea

• Abdominal pain

• Flatulence

 Precautions / Other Important Details

• Use cautiously in long-term therapy (risk of vitamin B12 deficiency)

• May increase risk of bone fractures with prolonged use

• Use cautiously in liver impairment

• Avoid unnecessary prolonged use without medical supervision

• Take before meals for optimal effect
