COMPOSITION - Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg Tablets

DESCRIPTION - PARATORM-MR is a combination analgesic and muscle relaxant formulation. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic effects. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally as a muscle relaxant, reducing muscle spasm and associated discomfort. Together, they provide effective relief from musculoskeletal pain and injury-related spasms.

• Acute muscle spasm

• Back pain and neck pain

• Pain associated with muscle cramps

Side Effects 

• Gastric irritation

• Nausea

• Drowsiness

• Dizziness

• Liver enzyme elevation (rare with prolonged use)

Precautions / Other Important Details 

• Avoid in patients with active gastric ulcer

• Use cautiously in liver impairment

• May cause drowsiness — avoid driving

• Do not exceed recommended dosage

• Use under medical supervision for prolonged therapy
