Description

Combination expectorant, bronchodilator, and mucolytic syrup used for productive cough and respiratory conditions.

Mechanism of Action (MOA)

• Ambroxol → Mucolytic (breaks mucus)
• Terbutaline → Bronchodilator (β2 agonist)
• Guaiphenesin → Expectorant
• Menthol → Soothing effect
